What you're buying

Each academy is a self-contained online training product. Standard academies are a one-time purchase with lifetime access to that academy. Premium academies (marked as flagship) include additional course content and are priced accordingly. Prices shown on the academies page at the time of purchase apply.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, single-user license. You may use the prompts, scenarios, and materials in your own work — that's the whole point. You may not resell, redistribute, share your login, or republish the training content itself.

One active session

To keep single-user licensing fair, each account supports one active session at a time. Signing in on a second device signs out the first. Repeated account sharing may result in access being suspended.

Try before you buy — our refund approach

Every academy offers a full video tour, and 15 free minutes inside the real thing before you spend anything — that's how you make sure it's for you. Because you can fully evaluate before purchasing, all sales are final. If something is broken or you can't access what you paid for, email us and we'll make it right.

Educational content

The academies teach how to use third-party AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, and others). Those tools change over time; we refresh content regularly, but features, names, and tiers are controlled by their vendors, not us. Training content is provided for educational purposes — always apply your own judgment before relying on any AI output in your work.

Trademarks

The Vinyl Academy is independent. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Microsoft, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any other company referenced in the training. All product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners, used for descriptive and educational purposes only.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes take effect for purchases made after the change.
