Is it really a one-time price?

Yes. Every academy is a one-time purchase — yours for life, including the content updates we roll into it. There is no subscription to use what you buy. The only recurring option is a team membership, which is arranged by inquiry rather than sold from the site. The Control Room costs more because it is the only academy that carries all four platform courses at once.

Can I try before I buy?

Every academy page gives you a full video tour you can watch free, start to finish before you spend anything — you see exactly what’s inside first. Still unsure? Email us and we’ll tell you straight which one fits you.

What's your refund policy?

Because you can watch the full guided tour of any academy free before paying, all sales are final. If something's genuinely broken or you can't access what you bought, email us and we'll fix it or make it right.

Which AI tools does it cover?

All four, and Gemini and Meta AI each get a full academy of their own rather than a mention in passing — Copilot and Claude at $89 each, Gemini and Meta AI at $49 each, and the Control Room carries all four together. The job-based libraries — the Trading Desk, the Data Desk, the Geeky Nerds and Rock & Roll — teach with Copilot and Claude. You don't need a paid AI subscription to start: many scenarios work on the free tiers, and everything is labeled with the tool it fits best.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can send a text message, you can do everything here. There's no coding, and every prompt is copy-and-paste with clear instructions on where to put it.

Can my whole team use one login?

Each purchase is a single-user license with one active session at a time — signing in on a second device signs out the first. For teams, each person gets their own seat (email us for multi-seat arrangements).

Where is my progress saved?

Your points, completed scenarios, and saved prompts are stored privately in your own browser on your device. Same browser and device — it's there next time.

Does the content stay current?

Yes — the AI tools change fast and we treat that seriously. Content is checked against current vendor documentation and refreshed in place, and new agents and scenarios are added regularly.
